Our Vision
The call in Matthew 9:37 is compelling: "The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few." Our vision is to send workers into the Lord's harvest.

We believe as we fulfil the vision to send forth workers we too contribute to the challenging task of reaching out to the different people in hard places of the world.

Our Mission
There will be many hurdles to cross between the calling and the going to the place of service. One might be held back, for instance for lack of knowledge of service opportunities in a cross-cultural context. One might also need to know the steps to take. That is where a bridge is needed to cross over.

Our mission is to serve as a bridge between those going out to serve and the people in the country of service to provide a smooth transition.

In serving as a bridge, we aim to make available to would-be goers the opportunities for cross-cultural services, to match them with suitable placements, and to provide them with orientation, pastoral care and field support; to facilitate their entry into cross-cultural ministries and be a partner to them.

Our aim is not only to help those who are called to serve in the front lines, to find their places of service, but also to rally prayer and logistical support for them
