What do we do and where?
Many opportunities for service, both short and long-term, are available in many places. Short-term service openings are especially useful for volunteers who want to be exposed to the challenge of ministering to people in a cross-cultural setting. To serve in a long-term capacity through Interserve one needs to be a partner of Interserve.
Interserve partners and short-term volunteers render services to people in the community they go to, through their employable skills. The needs of a community are diverse and so many types of useful occupations are needed such as, teachers, businessmen, administrators, engineers, social workers, health care personnel, and IT specialists.
Interserve partners work in more than 30 countries in Asia, including the Arab World; North Africa and some Western countries.
